But in my opinion, the world “losing” has such a negative connotation with negative vibes attached to it. Wherever you focus is where all your recourses, energy, time and attention go. Which means, if you are so focused on something with negative vibes, you’ll bring more negativity into your life. Instead focus on everything you want to gain. Focus on gaining strength, gaining momentum, gaining confidence, gaining happiness, or whatever it is you want to gain.
There is so much to gain, you don’t need to focus on what you need to lose.
