Huh?? What you need is to lose body fat. I urge you to define what you’re chasing clearly. It’s easy to lose weight; it’s not so easy to lose body fat. Water intake is so important when it comes to losing body fat. You’re going to have to pee. It’s not going to be easy. But it matters, and it works.
